Devyn began his career in automotive sales at 17, where he developed an early understanding of relationship-driven sales and the importance of earning trust in high-value transactions. Over the following years, his experience working with clients across automotive and luxury markets shaped a philosophy that would ultimately become central to Palladium Air Group: exceptional service is less about the transaction itself and more about understanding the person behind it.

That philosophy eventually led Devyn to private aviation and the creation of Palladium Air Group.

Palladium was founded to provide clients with a more personal approach to private aviation—one centered on accessibility, discretion, thoughtful coordination, and long-term relationships rather than transactional volume.

As Founder and Managing Partner, Devyn oversees the firm's client relationships, business development, strategic partnerships, and long-term direction. His focus is on building Palladium into a trusted private aviation partner for individuals, families, executives, and organizations whose travel demands flexibility and personal attention.

His broader vision extends beyond individual transactions. The goal is to build enduring relationships in which Palladium becomes a trusted resource for clients across private aviation—from on-demand charter coordination to aircraft sales and acquisition advisory.

Devyn is based in Florida and is actively building Palladium Air Group's presence in Florida and beyond.
